A growing number of people are interested in supporting the kind of leadership that fosters resilient, responsible, and resourceful communities and organizations. This community leadership program explores the capacities needed to meet the challenges that face our communities today and tomorrow.
We start with the premise that we all belong to two communities, that of humanity and life. Using the record of human achievement and failure, explore the disciplines needed for the kind of leadership most needed in our world. This program will explore societal transformation, community development, organizational change and self-cultivation. The program attracts people across the greater Edmonton area including people from corporate business, small business, not-for-profit and academia.
